Welcome to Beretta Physical Therapy
We are a local company, owned and operated by physical therapists, who live and work in the El Dorado Hills area. Our focus is to provide quality physical therapy services and unprecedented customer service our rehab patients, physicians, and the community can value. Our licensed physical therapists treat their patients specifically and individually. You will spend 100% of your session with “your” physical therapist for ALL visits. The therapist will focus on resolving the “cause” of your condition, not just treating the symptoms. This approach allows a complete successful outcome. We believe all of our clients should demand the care they deserve.
"I have worked with Mike since 2001 as an athlete and a running coach. He is invested in his patient's overall wellness and cares about their success and has mastered the ability to identify the source of an injury while developing programs to manage and prevent further issues. I refer all my athletes to Beretta PT."

Endurance athlete, running coach and mentor.
"I completed the Western States Endurance Run in 2014 and I am not even a runner., really. I have never ran a marathon. But with the help of Mike, I completed what is one of the toughest endurance races in the world. On top of that, 8 months before the run, I was injured with tendonitis and could not run. Together, we made it through. Mike strives to understand your goals and then works with you to achieve them. Mike is a partner and a caring human being. He is just want you want. "I'm extremely fortunate to have Mike's help with rehabilitating my leg after a total knee replacement. He is simply amazing and is the reason I was back on the bike so quickly. Mike's approach is innovative and he was upbeat throughout the recovery process. His enthusiasm is contagious and provided the encouragement that allowed me to push that extra amount. With his help I was able to complete an organized 100K ride just a bit more than 4 months after surgery." Dave C, 68 y/o, Fair Oaks, Avid Endurance Cyclist
After fracturing my shoulder in a bicycle accident, I turned to Mike Beretta to get me back on track. His skill and expertise combined with his one-on-one treatment approach yielded incredible results. Mike is obviously deeply committed to patient care and is constantly working to improve his skills for the good of his patients. Beretta Physical Therapy is the place to be for skilled professional care and the personal attention that every client deserves.

After injuring my back and missing 4 days of golf, I was depressed and feeling like my future golf was in jeopardy. Mike not only lifted my spirits, but got me back on the golf course within 3 visits. He's got me on a golf fitness program (he really works you) because he knows I don't want the problem to flare up again. I find Mike very knowledgeable and compassionate.
To my good fortune, I found Mike at Beretta Physical Therapy after experiencing a trauma to my spine. Unlike other physical therapy offices that try to fit you into their treatment mold, Mike customized a treatment and exercise plan specifically for me, which he regularly adjusts to keep me improving in my flexibility, range of motion and strength. He is very hands-on providing one-on-one treatment as he does not use assistants. As if this were not enough, Mike does it all with kindness, compassion and a great sense of humor!

I saw Mike Beretta for a frozen shoulder. During that process, the doctor I saw recommended surgery twice. As an option, I wanted to try physical therapy. What a good decision it was. With Mikes expertise, my shoulder became unfrozen and I once again had full range of motion. I can't thank Mike Beretta enough for resolving that issue without surgery for me. I highly recommend Beretta Physical Therapy.
